Helloooooo

juat after some honest opinions and advice so I'm currently 9dp5dt and the lines I'm getting I don't feel are getting darker maybe it's because I've had over 12 miscarriages in the past but the pessimistic side of me is concerned I know I should stop poas but weirdly it helps my anxiety,
can I have peoples honest optinijns about these lines

Sorry everyone I thought I had attached the photos silly me
so to clarify it's 14dpo because it was an IVF transfer
that's why I feel it should be WAY darker at this point :(. And I don't think it's getting darker from the tests I've been doing
so I'm 9days since the transfer and it Was a beautiful 5 day Blastocyst
currently taking
lubion injections, cyclogest, steroids, and dalterpain injections

ps merry Christmas everyone :).

You poor thing, you’ve been through the wringer. No wonder you’re freaking out. They show a clear progression to me - the lines on the later tests are definitely darker and more pronounced than the the earlier ones. I’d take that as a good sign, though I know there’s also something about the validity of reading a test after window of time… so maybe none of them are ‘trustworthy’ results days later.

That said, the earlier ones are still much lighter, much less pronounced than the ones 2-3 days later, so even applying the above logic, it still shows a clear progression to darker lines, higher levels of hormones etc. Take care x

Thankyou so so much for your response
I really really appreciate it. I have my blood test on Monday so hopefully it will be good news.
it's hard because I know I shouldn't test but I can't stop and it like weirdly allows me to relax.
im so glad you can see the progression my husband said you can too but i think im always just preparing for the worst and its like im trying to protect my heart by saying actually no it's not getting darker. I would have hoped for it to be much darker at this stage though but as of this moment i can say im pregnant... for now :)
merry Christmas

I think there’s a good progression specially if you look at day 7 to day 9. The best of luck on Monday and I know it’s so hard going through IVF never mind having miscarriages on the back of it. You are definitely PUPO ❤️❤️❤️

Thankyou my husband thinks the progression is good too. I think/hooe I'm just trying to protect my heart by being pessimistic about it but it's really reassuring to hear someone agree with him. I did say to him that I'd put it in here because I know people would be truely honest so Thankyou. Yes the miscarriages and ivf have been horrendous but we are very lucky to have my DD through ivf 2 years ago so hoping to maker her a sibling :)
Hope
youve had a lovely Christmas. x

it Is good news :) we were really lucky to have my DD ivf in May 2023 so would love to be able to give her a sibling but I have no eggs left after this little
embryo and I need the drugs from the ivf to maintain the pregnancy's so can't get pregnant naturally as they all result in miscarriage before 10 weeks :(. X

Best of luck for tomorrow @Kieney, this stuff is so stressful, and it’s hard not to fixate and freak out. As you say - today you are pregnant - I think that’s a really great mantra to hold onto right now. Everything crossed for a happy appointment tomorrow x

All those lines are looking bang on op.
I get the anxiety. After many miscarriages, it's hard to have expectations of anything but another loss.
You still have such a long road ahead of you but right now, your tests are looking perfect. All the best to you!

Biggest congrats!! Such great news ❤️

Maybe it’s just my understanding of it but I would have assumed they needed to do two HCGs two days apart to see that the levels are doubling. Could you get it done privately for peace of mind?

I said this to them but they said no it's above normal and I've got a scan on the 10th but as you can imagine my anxiety is now through the roof so think I'll have to get it done privately or ask the gp to calm my nerves xxx
