Hello
I'm in middle of treatment to get pregant. I'm on injections. Only last week I had miscarriage I was 6 weeks. I just found out today my sister in law is pregant. I'm supposed to go to my parents in law tomorrow how do I deal with it?
I'm happy for her but I'm sad also

I am really sorry to hear about your loss. I know this time of year must be really hard and you are also recovering considering your loss was only last week. I would recommend doing what’s best for you, particularly as you are still healing both emotionally and physically. Can you make an excuse for not going tomorrow? If not, maybe when you are there try stay in the margins of conversations or things going on to try protect yourself. It’s completely understandable and normal to feel the way you are and don’t feel bad for putting yourself first x
