Cramps and sensation in vagina?

Happy Christmas Eve everyone! I am 9 weeks pregnant had a scan on Thursday because of ivf and all looking good, saw a heartbeat 💓 the last two days I’ve had an on and off sensation in my vagina, feels like it’s more on the outside than internal. As described sort of like a pulled muscle sensation and very much comes and goes, lasts for a few seconds. Don’t have it right now for example. I’ve also had some light cramp like feelings in my lower back and a little in my tummy. Definitely not painful like a period or anything but enough to make me aware of it if that makes sense? Again, on and off not constant. I’m no longer feeling nauseous but can get very full very easily so trying to take it easy on the food front! Also getting twinges in boobs rather than them being very painful. Any thoughts? I believe that some cramping can be normal? Oh this my first pregnancy so I don’t have a clue what to expect!!

Congratulations first of all! My daughter is 8 months old now but I had all sorts of feelings like this when I was pregnant, cramping is very normal and I had the same, sort of felt like a muscle twitch/pull type feeling rather than period cramp x
