Can I drink a can / small bottle of Pepsi max whilst pregnant ? Worried about the caffeine and been drinking squash but really fancy a coke !

cold Coke is my craving 🤭
I have a can every 3/4 days
it is a very small amount of caffeine in it
I don’t drink any coffee/caffeine on other days so it’s fine my midwife said

Cola was one of my cravings too, and its caffeine content is very low so if you only have one can occasionally, than it shouldn't be a problem, hopefully. (I am in 37 weeks now)

I drink a can of fizzy drink a day, there’s roughly 40-50mg in a can and NHS say you can have 200mg a day

One of my best finds during my pregnancy not so long ago and I'm now 34wks!!🤭

I drank a can of cola everyday in my 1st pregnancy just couldn't tackle the craving helped my nausea aswel. In my second pregnancy i was more mindful and opted for sparkling water which eased off the craving but i had the odd can of pepsi
