Anyone gone off food? But not due to sickness or strong aversion

I’m not having sickness, nausea or aversions, as I think aversions is more like being repulsed, gagging at certain food etc but I seem have just gone off food in general? I just to love rich stuff like roasts, Maccy ds etc but now they thought of that kind of thing doesn’t appeal at all and I’m not able to eat as much, I’m 13 weeks, I’d say have felt like this the last week or so

A lot of people go off rich food in pregnancy because you're more prone to heartburn. My tastebuds have definitely changed both times, not so much related to nausea once out of the first trimester, but as you say just because I fancy different things. I went back to normal afterwards although probably still have a slightly sweeter tooth than I used to!

First trimester I would cook dinner, be really looking forward to eating it and then after the first mouthful had zero interest in eating it. If I tried to force myself to eat I just couldn't swallow it.

Appetite came back slightly in second trimester, but I'm still not able to finish a full meal. I've found little snacks/nibbles throughout the day easier to manage.

Many years ago I gradually went off meat and chicken. At first I continued cooking it for the family and not eating it and then I announced we were having a vegetarian week. You can guess the rest.
