Fisherman’s friend sweets

I had a bad cold during pregnancy and taken fisherman’s friend lozenges which had helped. I didn’t even think about not taking them due to pregnancy but now I’m worried as it says to check with doctor or pharmacist. Tbh I didn’t even think. Would anyone be able to advise if they have?

I haven’t but generally when it says that they are usually just covering themselves because no studies have been done on pregnant women. If it was known to be harmful it would say avoid. Im sure you will be fine.
