Pulsating feeling bottom right of bump..

Ive been experiencing a strong pulse that has been going on for 20/30 minutes at a time every few days since 35 weeks .. it feels like weird like a rhythmic heartbeat in my stomach.. does anyone know what this could be? I

It is probably your lower abdominal aortic pulse.
