9 weeks and bleeding

Hi All

I had a scan last week everthing was fine and baby was in right place and had heartbeat .

i started bleeding Friday morning, then it stopped all day. I went for a private scan Friday but have a heart shaped uterus so they couldn’t find heart beat abdominal so he suggested I get an internal but EPU is closed until Monday

then Friday night had a gush of red blood when went for a wee and then it’s been on/off bleeding since.

went to A&E they said unless it life threating there’s nothing they can do. But booked me a scan for 30th December? Which is obviously over a week away.

im guessing now this is a miss carriage as bleeding hasn’t stoped.

has anyone had anything similar and what was your outcome

I did have quite a bit of bleeding in my pregnancy with my son - one at 6 weeks which was similar to a period, then at 10 weeks I had a big gush at night. Can't say either way because it can be normal for some women, but of course some it leads to miscarriage. Are you having any cramps?

@Graddd sorry you are going through this, especially having to wait over Christmas. Are you still having pregnancy symptoms, sickness and sore boobs? Lots of people seem to have bleeds and everything is fine xxx

I’ve still got sore boobs and tiredness I haven’t suffered with sickness

Bleeding during pregnancy i believe happens more than we realise. Unfortunately all you can do is sit and wait. Sorry this is happening to you. Wishing you all the best that you have a sticky bean x.
