Bleeding - could it be because of the syst?

hi people im panicking cos im 12 weeks pg thought id got over the worst, i just went 2 toilet and had a slight bleed im so scared cos i m/c in january n scared of it happening again. ive also got a syst on my left ovary, could it be the syst popping? does anyone know? please help xx

many women bleed in pg ( i bled from 5w-22w with ds)call epu and speak to a mw, im sure it will be fine, but any bleeding needs to be checked out.
