6 weeks pregnant and worried symptoms aren't strong enough

Hello, just looking for some advice or reassurance. I am almost 6 weeks pregnant. I had a missed miscarriage in may of twins which was really awful. I have recently found out i am pregnant again and I'm just terrified. I am on progesterone pesseries and have an early scan beginning of January but I'm so worried my symptoms aren't enough and I'll find out I've lost them again. My boobs are sore but not that bad. I don't really get morning sickness - didn't last time either. I am peeing more but I might also be drinking more?! I don't know how to put my mind at ease and just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.

They say every pregnancy is different so don't give up hope! My main symptoms at 6 weeks were cramping, gas and feeling wiped out. My morning sickness started about 7 weeks and I've had sore boobs on and off since about 8/9 weeks. I feel like I've been hungover since October 🙃

Fingers crossed for you! 🍀🤞🏼

HCG only really jumps week 6/7 so it's still a little early to be feeling a lot of symptoms, best of luck

Im so sorry to hear of your loss. I hadn't a symptom in the world at 6 weeks bar feeling like my period was coming with cramps. I think symptoms were really noticeable by 8 or 9 weeks. Best wishes for a really smooth healthy pregnancy💐

Just think OP, some people don’t realise they are pregnant for months!

I didn’t have a single symptom with either of my pregnancies. I had the most wonderful, straight forward, easy pregnancies and births and two perfect babies! Enjoy!

Sorry to hear of your loss.
I have had two children and in both pregnancies apart from sore boobs early on no other symptoms at all throughout.
I too had a miscarriage before i went on to have children, worrying won't change things. Try to enjoy your pregnancy.

My symptoms didn't even start until I was over 7 weeks.

My mum had 4 healthy kids and never had any symptoms with any of us full stop.

I literally had no symptoms with my first until I got pelvic girdle pain at 21 weeks. I always say I can see how people can go whole pregnancies without realising they're pregnant. This time I'm pregnant with twins and am getting some symptoms but they still seem less than most people get with a singleton pregnancy
