Eptopic pregnancy?

Hi, this is my first pregnancy. I tested positive initially on a clear blue ultra early at 10dpo and used Premom tests strips from the 13dpo. I have spitting from 7dpo - 14dpo which was brown, bright and dark red with tiny clots at times. The bleeding stopped at 14dpo but then pink spotting has been on 19, 20 and 21dpo. I haven’t had abdominal pain, but have had lower back pain throughout and it is still there now.
The EPU can’t accept the referral as it is too early.
Does the line progression look like an eptopic?

ectopic pregnancy doesn’t always give shoulder pain or abdominal pain straight away. I didn’t have most the signs and I would never have known if I hadn’t booked a private scan. Sometimes the typical signs of ectopic are not present until the very end x

My periods aren't always regular and I have a lot of spotting so I'm not 100% but between 5 weeks 2 days and 5 weeks 6 days. I ovulated 22 days ago according to the LH strips. I started bleeding 7dpo, which started brown and then was bright red, light bleeding/spotting until 14dpo when it stopped. It's started again the last few days but pinkish and then this morning it's red but again, just spotting.

Call your doctors get a HCG blood level test booked in..
I had brown spotting when my period was due, and then continued to spot for nearly 2 weeks , had a period like bleed for 4 days finished with more spotting and brown discharge. Only had period cramps for one day but had back pain consistently. Did a couple digital pregnancy tests with positive results, then a few cheap ones with strong lines still. Had a doctor appt for blood test on the Wednesday morning because it didn’t feel like a normal period. It didn’t feel like a normal mc. And I never experienced this in my successful pregnancies either. Results hadn’t come back when I called Friday so I booked an early reassurance scan where I was sent to my local hospital for suspected ectopic pregnancy on Sunday. The blood results were back by then and HCG levels were out the roof, hospital did a scan too confirming the ectopic. Within 24 hours I had surgery, that scan saved my life. You know your body more than anyone. Trust your gut feelings. They can scan you from 6 weeks. If your GP is good (mine are crap) get them to refer you to your early pregnancy assessment unit for a scan xx

Sorry for the long message, wanted to provide clarity. My ectopic happened a week ago so very fresh and still recovering. I hope yours is not an ectopic. A lot of people do spot/bleed during pregnancy from what Iv read and go on to have healthy babies. X

I went to the GP on Monday and she tried to refer me to EPU but they wouldn't accept because I wasn't 6 weeks yet. I'm going to try again tomorrow. GP wouldn't do HCG levels either.

I had to fight for an appointment to do HCG test. I told them that EPU told me to get it done as they can’t scan. Be firm, put ur foot down x

I had a scan and it wasn't eptopic thankfully. I'm 5 weeks 6 days today according to their measurements. Still bleeding but they have seen baby's heartbeat today. They still don't know why I'm bleeding so the anxiety continues! Xx
