6 week pregnant with bleeding

Hi just wanted so reassure and advice I'm 5/6 pregnant for 3 day I've been bleeding on and off with dull aching sharp cramps I'm thinking the worst it's a miscarriage I have early scan today but so scared of hear them words I'm sorry but the baby gone I can't bear it I've not been able fall pregnant for 9 years until now miracle pregnancy for me lose feels like torture

Please try and stay as relaxed and positive as you can. I had heavy bleeding in two pregnancies (at around
6 weeks ) and it's was fine.

Im still testing positive but they couldn't find pregnancy on scan but could see bleeding and fluid my uterus thickness shows some fibroids they have taken bloods have go back in 48 hours for more bloods check my hormones if my hormones are showing high they need to investigate more but last couple hours the pains got so bad using hot water bottle bleeding getting heavier.

Hi I'm uploading my early pregnancy assessment scan as wondering if anyone else as experienced the same as me and what as been the outcome so much take in only throughs is I'm miscarriage.

I had bleeding - no fibroids but same as you described - dull ache, cramps, a few days of bleeding. I have a healthy teenager now. Keeping everything crossed for you OP

Thank you but late last night started with heavy bleeding really bad pain the miscarriage had started.
