Movement patterns?

Hello! I'm 26+2 and have been feeling baby very clearly since about 20 weeks. I have been told that I should start to notice a bit of a pattern by now in his movements but honestly, some days he's very active (mostly at night and on a morning when I have my first food of the day) but I'm having days where he's a lot more quiet and I might feel the tiniest nudge now and again but that's it.

I did freak out at 22 weeks as I didn't feel him move at all for 2 days, went to get checked and he was perfectly fine 😂

He's very active on ultrasounds too. I feel fine in myself but wondering if anyone else has this, where one day baby is kicking constantly, to suddenly not at all for a day. I know it's so important to keep an eye on his movements but it's stressing me out that he's not consistent! Then I get a little kick so I know he's definitely moving still. I know he'll be going bonkers again by tomorrow!

Definitely always get checked out whenever youre worried i know its a pain but better safe than sorry, i had my first reduced movements around 24 weeks got checked and was fine and again at 28 weeks. After that they did give me a growth scan and was all fine. Definitely keep getting checked though always worth it!

I'm 25+5 and have a very loose pattern but it's not exactly the same every day. We do have much more active days and then other quieter days. It also varies depending on what I'm doing, eating, drinking etc.
As long as I'm feeling her every day then I'm fairly relaxed about it.
