Keep eating rubbish - someone stop me!

I'm 34 weeks and snacking ENDLESSLY! I'm not sure whether it's boredom or what, but I'm never more than half an hour away from a snack - crisps, chocolate, tracker bars (particularly baaaad - they have peanuts in them!). Not necessarily because I'm hungry either.
So far, I'm not doing badly on the weight gain - thanks to morning sickness I'm 1 stone on. But I'm worried that I'll give myself diabetes, or balloon out in these last weeks.

Am I normal?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

GAWD - only if you stop me too and I'm not even PG

Very normal. I think it's part need for energy/feeling knackered, part anxiety/nervous energy, part boredom. Don't feel too guilty about indulging, but try to replace some of the sugary snacks with good stuff. i put on most of my weight with my son in the last trimester because I could not and would not leave the kingsize fruit n nut bars alone

perfectly normal!

maybe drink a glass of water before you eat anything though

Why the water, MrsBadger?

in case you're eating cause you're thirsty rather than hungry (I did this a lot)
and to fill you up a bit so you don't eat so much when you do plough into the crisps

Very good point. I don't drink enough, methinks.
