for the past two days I’ve had a very intense but not sharp pain everytime LO moves deep inside near my cervix. I am 37 weeks and have suddenly got some nausea as well and have been craving random things at random times that I need to have? I’m really worried can someone advise me please

Hi OP, it doesn't really sound like labour to me. The sharp pain is probably your baby starting to engage and kind of knock their head down at your cervix. Can be known as 'lightning crotch'. Nausea can be a labour sign but not really just by itself. Cravings I would think are just a pregnancy thing. Labour is strong, regular, painful contractions. Hopefully your baby doesn't keep you waiting too much longer xx
