clear blue early detection negative but feeling so many strange symptoms

Hi guys, so I took the clear blue early detection one today after feeling nauseated all day and even throwing up after lunch. My boobs are sore and I had 1 episode of slight cramp this morning. My period isn’t due till Saturday but with my other 2 pregnancy I used the early detection one and got a faint positive line. Is there any chance it was just too early or am I getting a visitor this month? Anyone else got a negative on the early detection and end up being pregnant?

No way of knowing really. This is why it's best to wait to test until after your period is due. Hope you get the outcome you want.
