Discomforts at 24 weeks? Normal?

I am 24+3, measuring 25 at my appointment yesterday based on fundal height.
So far this pregnancy has been physically smooth sailing. Good scans at 8, 12 and 20 weeks. I do still have 'morning sickness' and have since 9 weeks, but I am on Diclectin which is AMAZING and makes it almost non-existent (as long as I don't stop the meds lol).

I am peeing a bit more than normal now and sometimes leak when I laugh but oh well.

I am experiencing round ligament pain when I change positions, get up too fast, turn weird or sneeze. But this pain is very easy to identify and very obvious (sharp pain that happens when moving in certain positions or with a sudden movement... mainly in my lower right).

I am not worried about the round ligament pain.

But I am wondering about these 2 symptoms:

  1. I am experiencing very mild discomfort over my entire abdomen. From the pelvis area to the ribs. It's mild and feels kind of like trapped gas or just a generalized discomfort that you get after eating a super big thanksgiving meal lol. This is most noticeable at night, especially when rolling over in bed. It has been happening for a few weeks. I also get a mild stretching sensation on my skin (like my skin is stretching) mainly at night time.

  2. Shortness of breath. I've had SOB since the first trimester but it use to only be with more rigorous exercise. I had to seriously cut down my gym routine and I could no longer run on the treadmill (so I switched to walking on an incline). I don't go to the gym anymore. But husband and I go for 30-45 minute walks everyday. These walks tire me out! In addition, I find I am a bit short of breath when lying on my back or when moving around in the evenings. During the day it's usually OK, but moving around causes shortness of breath in the evenings.

Is this normal for 24 weeks? I know it would be normal a lot later, but is shortness of breath and abdominal discomfort (that's not round ligament pain) common for 24 weeks? I heard it is a symptom of polyhydrominos and I am worried about that since I measured 25 weeks in fundal height yesterday. I was also measured at 21 weeks where I measured a week ahead too.

All these things were normal for me at 24 weeks.

I’m 26 weeks and have both of these symptoms! I think they are common and usually nothing to worry about but if you’re worried, mention it to your midwife just to put your mind at rest. My baby is measuring a lot bigger than expected too!

I'm 26 weeks and feeling the same.

All sounds normal to me.
I remember having "skin pain" as my bump grew especially with my second, like a horrible stretching feeling. I also used to get a stinging pain in my bellybutton towards the end too when I was really big.

The shortness of breath could be anaemia or low blood pressure so mention it to your midwife at your next appointment. If you aren't already start taking a pregnancy multivitamin which will help with anaemia

Ps measuring a week ahead is fine, they'll only be concerned if you're more than 2 ahead or are getting bigger too quickly
