I have been TTC for 4 months, is this a faint BFP?

I am currently on day 26 of my cycle which usually lasts around 30 days. I have been TTC for around 4 months (first time). I had some bleeding on day 23, which was pale and brown and I assumed early AF and so assumed game over for this month. This then stopped abruptly and I’ve had increased white discharge since. Today I decided on a whim to do a pregnancy test to rule it out since no further bleeding and some cramping to one side. Can I assume this is a faint BFP or do I need to get confirmation from a doctor before I can allow myself to get excited?? Thanks guys☺️

btw the gp wont in most cases be able to give you any further confirmation, if a pg test says you are pregnant then you are

A lovely, clear BFP in time for Christmas! And assuming you are in your 20s, you've taken the most "normal" amount of months to get pregnant (fewer than normal, if you're older)! X
