Hi all, just looking for some reassurance at this point. It's baby no. 3 for us, the first 2 were very much straight forward. Normally delivery at 37 weeks DS1 and 38 weeks for DS2. This time around I started having contractions at 30 weeks, felt intense like real labour. Was advised to prepare for preterm delivery and NNU admission. Long story short the contractions eased and I am now home however the vaginal swab was positive which has put me on edge. I was told I MAY deliver in the next 2 weeks, or may not. Would love to hear anyone's stories to prepare myself or settle my nerves. Tia x

Hiya, not too bad actually. I had other little niggles along the way but nothing to re-admit me, I was under consultant care for protein in urine etc... won't bore you with it but baby stayed in!!!
Ended up delivering at 38+6 natural (lightening fast) vaginally delivery at home! No chance to make it to the hospital.... this labour was a grand total of 30 minutes!! Wishing you all the best xxx
