Snuzpod 4, bed too low!

Hello,

We bought a snuzpod 4 thinking it would fit our bed as its height adjustable. Built it today and measured our bed as 45cm and it says the minimum is 53cm. Has snyone else had a similar issue and have any troubleshooting ideas?

We had this issue with our crib and low bed. We bought a mattress topper, which fixed the issue as it brought it up to the minimum height.
