YELLOW runny discharge am I pregnant

Hi all.
Pcos cyster here ttc.
Day 45 of cycle i think day 21 dpo.
I have very runny yellow/clear discharge. Sometimes feels like I've wet myself.
Pain in my legs and under my belly on one side.
Could this be pregnancy?

Yellow discharge sounds more like an infection. Defo work ringing the GPs tomorrow x
