Back to back movement

can anyone with a back to back baby tell me where they experienced movement? Thank you

DC1 was b2b and there was no difference from DC1&3.
I had no idea until I arrived at the delivery suite. He was born less than thirty minutes later. The midwife did offer pain relief as soon as she realised, but said it was likely too late, which didn't happen with the other two. All were precipitous labours.
