AM I PREGNANT?

Hey guys,
Quick back story 29 ttc 2 years overweight pcos type c.
I am now on cycle day 42 ( which I've never had) no cramps. Pain in legs and feel like i have started but when I go toilet nothing is there and all clear. BFN on cycle day 40
Am I going crazy? Or am I pregnant?

I’d take another test to see what it says. My sil has pcos and sadly it’s fairly common for her to go 60 days without a period, some days she says she feels like it’s going to start and then the sensation of it wears off ,

Hi thanks, I think it might be from.pcos too but hoping for the best. Will test again tomorrow see what happens
