Sorry if i’m being dense, but regarding weeks 17-25 of pregnancy determining SMP??
I’m due Feb 4th and so Aug 27th-Oct 22nd are my determining weeks for SMP? Unfortunately I was sick and off work for a day Oct 17th.
Will my SMP be based on my payslips during weeks 17-25 of my pregnancy, or the actual hours worked during that time? During those weeks what I was paid wasn’t affected, the absence has only affected my November pay.
Not the end of the world if it’s the latter, just trying to figure it all out, thanks in advance!
