5 weeks but symptoms disappeared a couple of days ago?

Just need a bit of reassurance as I’m panicking, I’m 5+1, I had loads of symptoms that’s why I tested in the first place but they have all disappeared a couple of days ago & not returned…

What is worrying me most is I had constant cramps and shooting pains which felt like my uterus beforehand. I don’t feel pregnant anymore 😢 I’m tempted to book an early reassurance scan but I’m scared of the results.

Has anyone had this happen & been okay?

I honestly didn't have proper symptoms till I was 6/7 weeks and even then they came and went all of the time! It is completely normal... Apart from the sickness I had, I didn't feel pregnant at all.
Some don't even get symptoms in the first trimester, every pregnancy is different x

@LozC0411 thanks for your reply that makes me feel better, I think it’s because I had them the whole way through with my first child so I expected it to be the same but now they’ve stopped it just feels weird 😩 x

Yeah I had no symptoms at all in my first pregnancy until 7 weeks then current pregnancy, it was about 5.5 weeks.
They also came and went a lot both times- I'd have weeks feeling like hell on earth then times where I didn't feel pregnant at all (DD1 is now 4 and I'm currently 24+4)

@sel2223 awww thank you that makes me feel so much better hearing this. I’m tempted to book early scan but then I’m not sure if that will cause more worry
