4 weeks pregnant HCG 14000 is this possible?

So I think I’m 4 weeks pregnant after having what I thought was a miscarriage last month (4 weeks ago). Positive test today and doctor did my bloods which have come back at 14,000 HCG. Is it possible for then to be this high so quickly? They’re scanning me tomorrow

Looking online suggests you'd be more around 6 weeks based on your hcg x

I’m not 100% on my dates. I’m now questioning whether the ‘miscarriage’ I had 28 days ago was even a miscarriage. Yes I do have a history of multiples 😱

I should also probably add I am still breastfeeding my first so my dates are a bit muddled as my cycles are so long right now. Honestly I have no idea what is going on 😭

Wanted to update this for anyone going through the same thing. It turned out to be ectopic and I had to get emergency asurgery to remove my left tube. So grateful they got it on time and thankfully they also confirmed my ovaries and right tube and womb all look very healthy so shouldn’t affect future fertility 🙏 I have a one year old already so I’m thankful I was able to conceive him recently and hopefully I can conceive another!
