Anyone work for Monzo?

Hi does anyone work for Monzo and know what their maternity policy is please?
I know the amounts they give are generous but when it says for those who have worked for the company for 13 weeks does that mean at the point of going on leave or those that have worked for them for 13 weeks before getting pregnant?

Typically the eligibility is from your 'qualifying week' - that's the 15th week before your EDD so 13 weeks before that would be the 'norm' for a maternity policy.

Caregiver Leave
We offer paid maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental leave, if you’ve been with us for at least 13 weeks. Specifically, we offer 52 weeks of primary caregiver leave (26 weeks at 100% pay, 13 weeks at Statutory Maternity Pay (if applicable), 13 weeks of unpaid leave). Plus 13 weeks of secondary caregiver leave at 100% pay. We also offer up to eight days of leave per year for fertility treatments to support Monzonauts in their family planning.
