Anyone used Cabergoline?

I am not planning on breast feeding and have a high milk supply which usually takes around 9-12 months to dry up completely. (2 children already)
Has anyone used Cabergoline to help dry up their milk supply?
Im interested to hear everyone’s experience and side effects please.

I didn’t use it for that reason but I’ve been on and off it for over 20 years for a prolactin secreting pituitary tumour. I’ve had no issues with it at all.

I wonder if the OP used caberlogine in the end? How did it go?

I used it to stop lactation with my firstborn almost four years ago. My supply back then was not very high and I had recurring blocked ducts, hence the decision. It worked - took a few days to stop it completely, and the blocked milk one day suddenly gushed out.

Now with my second one, I’m again having blocked ducts, 4 times in 5 weeks. So I took again - only on the first half pill at the moment and my breasts are very engorged due to the sudden stop of feeding. Still waiting for results. GP was of course not very happy with it.
