Bleeding in 7 weeks

Hi all,

I am really worried. I am 7 weeks pregnant and I see blood everytime I wipe. I went to early pregnancy unit but they didn’t scan me and doctor also didn’t check if my womb is closed.

Earlier it was pink in colour but now it is bright red. I am really tensed. I am attaching images

Nobody here can say either way, but my experience with bleeding in pregnancy was nothing. I bled a lot of bright red blood on two occasions (and lots of brown spotting in between) - my son is now nearly 3!

I'm so sorry, this is horrible. I also bled a bit with my first and it's so difficult because early on no one will do anything to help or to even give you a clue what's going on.

It's one of those things you often have to wait out. I did and my daughter is 3 now.

Does anything seem to cause it? I would always get it after sex.

I had bleeding with my first pregnancy at 8 weeks. Bright red and enough to need a pad. Only lasted a day and I now have a healthy 2 year old. Maybe try book a private early scan for reassurance.

Hi Autumn, thank you for reassurance. Yes, I am trying to get private scan appointment hopefully I will get something today.

On my side, the blood coming out just like that nothing triggered it. Just the wait with EPU is bad and blood showing up everytime is giving me anxiety 😌

I am bleeding since last week, it started with light pink and now it’s gone to bright red.

I bled from 6 weeks and the doctor told me to expect to miscarry. It carried on every day till 20 weeks when I had a big bleed and ended up in hospital. It was a very stressful pregnancy but my baby is now 18 so there is definitely hope!

Update: I went for private scan and she told me that according to scan I am 5 weeks 1 day but according to my last cycle date, I should be 7 weeks. Is this common?

I have also got scan date now from EPU on 15th. Hope this will clear out if my pregnancy is growing or not.

I am still bleeding bright red and pregnancy test still showing I am pregnant, so being hopeful.
