Ignoring Cravings Help Needed

I am craving Coca Cola. I had a litre and a half bottle over the last 24 hours and its driving me insane now. I dont mind the cravings for pickled onions(yummy), hard boiled eggs etc but the coke one is really annoying.

How do I ignore the craving? Please give me some willpower.

TIA

Maybe come up with something else that fills the same craving? Orangina? It's fizzy, at least ...

Or maybe some posh cola might fix the craving? I find a small quantity of good quality whatever can fix things better than a lot of shite?

Oooh Orangina, I love Orangina. I might have to buy some.

I might get some posh cola too.

Do you think it's a thirst thing? Or if it's the fizz could you try mixing the orangina with sparkling water? Your tummy would feel as full and it wouldn't be so much sugar?

Yeah I have had it tested and it was normal.

I think I will get some no caffiene coke. Its seems to be the coke I am craving rather than being thirsty.

Glad someone has same problem as me. I'm limiting myself to one can a day but it has to be icy cold and have at least 4 ice cubes in it!!

Diet/no sugar/posh just doesn't do it for me. I was so desperate last month I went to the restaurant next door to our office and asked for a glass of ice - it was freezing outside. They now think I'm totally mad!

I keep trying to think of waistline after birth in an attempt to disuade me from guzzling it 24/7.

Its the caffeine that is bothering me. I couldn't have anything with caffeine in when I was expecting DS as it made me sick. But now I really want coke.

I had the exact same thing. I was very picky too it had to be in a proper coke glass, crammed with ice and a slice of lemon. Nothing else hit the spot.
