Hey guys, I’m sorry for all the posts recently! So I got an early scan today because of some shoulder pain I was having and I’m measuring 6 days behind? But the scan wasn’t at all clear as I didn’t have a full bladder and it was abdominal.

I’m worried about having another miscarriage because I’m measuring behind, but can this be possible if my pregnancy symptoms just seem to be starting? I have so much tiredness recently that it’s crazy, at times I’m feeling so dizzy that I don’t want to get up. Right after dinner today (I think I ate a little too much) I felt sick, went to the bathroom and I vomited so much. While vomiting I got a sharp cramp in my stomach, like in the middle of my stomach. I don’t think it’s where baby is as I had a scan just this morning? I got worried though as it was so sudden and lasted only a few seconds until I straightened up after being sick. It felt like how I used to get a sharp pain after moving suddenly soon(ish) after my c-section, like the pain was coming from deep within me. There’s no pain now so I’m less worried but it was so sudden.

And if I was going to miscarry if my dates are behind, would my symptoms be getting stronger right now? We did see a heartbeat on the scan this morning btw, but I was measuring 6 days behind my dates.

All this is so confusing!

Just in relation to the cramp, would it be round ligament pain ? They say it is more common in the second trimester but I get it very early in pregnancy, even as early as 4 weeks when sneezing or standing up suddenly. For me it is like a very intense pain that would take your breath away just for a couple of seconds. Maybe the sudden jerky movement from vomiting triggered this ?

I definitely think the sudden movement from vomiting caused the cramp

Kindly, I would suggest seeking advice from your Mw on your levels of anxiety. All these symptoms are normal - your body is adapting to a new pregnancy. Ultimately, worrying about a mc won’t stop it from happening- as harsh as it sounds.

Best wishes 🌷

In my first pregnancy, I had no symptoms at all until 7 weeks then vomiting, cramps etc. She's now 4.

Current pregnancy, the symptoms started earlier for me this time and I'm now 24 weeks. My due date according to babies measurements is 10 days behind what LMP put me at because I have long cycles and ovulated late that month.
