19 weeks pregnant and I've had everything from morning sickness to mood swings peeing all the time aches pains you name it but the past few weeks and especially today banging headache (it's not preeclampsia) anyone else get them it's in my forehead behind my eyes , what can I use to help with the pain xx

Yes I've had these throughout the second trimester (currently 24 weeks), they're awful.
Not got much advice as all I do is take paracetamol and have a lie down if possible. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone

Paracetamol which is fine to take. Also try the migraine cold strips- one on your forehead and one on the back of your neck. I found mine did stop a little later in pregnancy so hopefully not with you the whole time.

Sorry you’re having these. I got this and just took paracetamol. The mask definitely helped with mine and mine were migraines often lasting 3 days.

Il try anything there really starting to effect me now I'm in bed by 6pm which isn't far on other people in the house and kids feel like very day I'm telling the kids to be quiet I've got a headache x
