Probably overthinking and worrying but I tested positive on Wednesday and would roughly be around 4 weeks.
I have had stomach aching and lower back aching on and off all day. Is this normal?
Getting myself all worked up about It! Doesn't feel like cramps just a ache. I had a missed miscarriage last year and I have one son but I can't remember feeling this before with my previous pregnancys!
