4w5d pregnant - dull ache left side

Has anyone experienced a dull aching in the left of your pelvis in early pregnancy? It's not painful it's just uncomfortable and normally flares up when I lay down in bed. I'm so paranoid about ectopic but EPU has said to just wait it out basically because I have no bleeding😫

unfortunately I had an ectopic in October and required surgery. I only ended up at EPU with that because I bled :( they seem reluctant to do much. You could request bloods hcg as an indicator but I’ve been told unlikely to see anything in uterus before 6 weeks. I’m currently pregnant again just over 5 weeks and I am extremely paranoid!
