High VOC paint

I'm 8 months pregnant and in my nesting madness, have just painted a window frame with Rustoleum universal paint. It's SO fumey and I've now googled it and it says it's high VOC. Should I stop or is it ok to finish the job with a mask? Also, how long will the place stink for? I'd washed all the baby clothes but now feel like I need to wash them again!!

A typical paper/fabric covid-style face mask will not help - it risks trapping the vapours in the fabric against your face and prolonging the exposure.

Open the windows and let lots of fresh air circulate.

Agree with PP and I wouldn't do the rest of the painting yourself now you know
