Letrozole trigger help

Hi guys ! I am under Dr Shehatas care at CRP. I did a round of letrazole (super ovulation) with the aim to take a trigger shot: however when he scanned me today at cycle day 10 I had too many follicles for him to allow me to trigger so he said just go home and try naturally without the trigger. Basically what I want to know is will all the mature follicles still rupture without the trigger or will only one rupture ? The follicle sizes are

left
17.6mm
8.7mm
12.4mm

right
13.7mm
16.1mm
13.5mm
14.6mm

I just feel like it’s such a waist of a cycle if I don’t trigger :(

@BusyJadeBiscuit I didn’t conceive this cycle. But I did the next as I had three follicles and was allowed to trigger :) ! Are you going to be doing superovulation ? Xx I think we are chatting on two posts haha x
