Spoiled cooked han

There was leftover packeted ham in my fridge. Date was the day before expiry. I ate it and thought it tasted weird and so binned it. I’m 19 weeks pregnant and panicking now

You might get v and d but it won't hurt your baby. Just stay hydrated.

Don't panic, nothing you can do about it now and stressing won't help.

Chances are it's absolutely fine. I'm 23 weeks and my taste buds have gone really weird in the second trimester. Loads of food aversions, things I normally love just not tasting quite 'right'.

And if it was a bit dodgy, you'll probably get well acquainted with the toilet for a day or 2 but baby will be fine.

I didn’t eat much of it.
but it taste weird so I just binned it all. Barely even half a slice
