I work in the office of a secondary SEN school. I love my job. Having been signed off with morning sickness I am working with management to return. I am concerned around the risks the environment holds, alongside my long bus commute (2 busses and a walk taking approx 1.5 hours each way, when there are no delays).
Our students are amazing, however, due to their diagnosis often get heightened. I help with medication however am going to be asking to no longer do this as it holds risk. I am 25 weeks pregnant at 40years old.
Has anyone been in a similar position? Or have any experience in writing RAs for similar? Can any suggestions be offered for considerations?

I can't imagine your commute needing to be assessed. It sounds pretty standard unless you have bad pgp and are struggling to walk.

The commute is your own choice so not for school to assess. I used to be a nurse at a SEN school I don’t think they’d have a problem with med situation as technically it’s only the nurse that should be administering
