Hi everyone, I am approx 4 weeks 3 days (based on lmp) or 4 weeks based on dpo (ovulated 2 weeks yesterday). Ive known im pregnant since approx 4 days ago - lines appear to be slowly progressing each day and have v sore breasts, bouts of nausea and constipation. Have had 2 MCs previously and was hoping this is 3rd time lucky.

I started spotting yesterday, a very light pink mixed in clear CM but very scant, after a bowel movement. This then progressed onto light a watery light brown when I wipe (not enough for a pad and not constant). My skin has been bad last few days and have been feeling hotter at times. I have been very constipated for last 4 days (if i have gone its been very little - sorry TMI!) And i had extremely awful trapped wind during these few days. I felt really nauseous after the bowel movement yesterday as was first time i was able to go more fully. I already know i have a cervical ectopy from previous investigations and I've seen in other posts this can be the cause for some bleeding and perhaps a link when constipated? I'm doing my best to not overthink but also trying to keep my eye on symptoms- I feel when it is this early on, there is very little support. I'm not naive that this could also be strat of a MC but trying to be rational too. Ive been to toilet again this morning and now its like a watery pale brown, again not very much. I havs started taking a stool softner to help but still not feeling empty yet.

Just looking to hear from others experiences/any advice, as I know when I approach my GP tomorrow I am going to get nowhere as they were really unhelpful in the lead up to the previous 2 MCs. I was seen by my EPU for the last MC but don't know if I have to go through GP for this? I saw them last time via A&E. TIA x

Hi, I spotted a little with all of my 4 at the beginning of pregnancy, it's still very early days, I'd say try not to think too much into it (easy for me to say I understand) and just go with the flow for another couple of weeks, drink plenty of fluids and eat as healthy as possible x

Thanks so much for your reply - from what I have read a lot of people have had similar spotting and things have been OK. It's difficult to keep calm after 2 losses but doing my best to take it a day at a time. Thanks again xx
