Feeling foolish… took Spanish version of Rennies and now scared.

I am 12 weeks pregnant and this week I had bad heartburn. I had a box of ‘Normacid’ in my cupboard and took x2 tablets over x2 days. I now realise it says pregnant woman should consult doctor before taking them and I am feeling so stupid. I sillily assumed they can’t be harmful but now cannot stop fretting over the possibility of them being harmful to the baby. Has anyone ever taken them in pregnancy?

I really thought the ingredients cannot be harmful but reading the warning now is making me so anxious.

It's a standard disclaimer, way too careful than it needs to be. The active ingredients are magnesium, potassium and calcium, which are minerals that are in every single human diet on earth.
A few of these cannot possibly hurt your baby OP. Please stop worrying. Hope you feel better soon.
