Varnish smells

I’m probably being silly but I was waiting on an appointment and there was a really strong smell of varnish in the building.
i was only there half an hour but the smell was very overwhelming. I’m 18 weeks pregnant would this have caused harm? It did say paint fumes exposure was very low but in an anxious wreck worrying

My sense of smell has been crazy this pregnancy (I'm 23 weeks) - food smells, cleaning products, paint, petrol are some of the main ones. My husbands smokes and the cigarettes smell is also particularly strong and disgusting.

A heightened sense of spell is a common pregnancy symptom and is not going to harm your baby
