Implantation bleed?

Started of with brown discharge this morning which has turned pink and a little red. Can only really see it when I wipe. There's a little bit on my pad. I had a very faint positive pregnancy test a few days ago. Now I'm nervous I might be starting my period. Has anyone had a similar experience please?

I've had brown discharge when I wipe since Wednesday evening. Hoping it's not going to turn in to AF. X

I really want to test but not due on until Monday or Tuesday. Will keep you posted 😊

Day 2 of spotting and it has been on and off today and still brownish. I have been having lots of odd pain though. I have pain in my lower and upper back, random sharp pain (on and off) in lower right abdomen, feeling nauseous and generally unwell. I am actually quite anxious now and so confused.
