Stinking cold during pregnancy

Can't sleep at all. Got the plumbers coming first thing in the morning and I'm sat on the sofa watching friends. I keep trying to drift off but I can't breathe through my nose at all, so I'm breathing through my mouth which is making my throat so sore and dry.
I know I might sound dramatic but colds are awful while pregnant especially not being able to take anything! I have to get up with my poorly 2 year old in a few hours and already dreading the long day ahead. Anyone awake to give me some tips?

Paracetamol, steam basins and Vicks saved me when I was sick with covid in pregnancy. Vicks is safe when pregnant. Hot honey and lemon if the throat is sore. Feel better soon!

Amazing thanks all. Managed to fall asleep at 3am. Plumbers cancelled which I'm quite happy about so ds and I can just have a day cuddling and resting! Might nip out and get some Vicks and loads up on paracetamol. I know you can take it during pregnancy but I'm always a bit reluctant. Maybe now is the time to give in!
