Sore rash/marks on back (photos)

I was in the shower earlier and the hot water kind of stung my back as if I had a cut. Didn't think of it but my partner just noticed this when I was sitting in bed... has anyone had this? Any idea what it could be? I'm 23 weeks atm too

These look like stretch marks to me.
Keep them hydrated, lots of cream.

Maybe a better photo again?? We thought stretch marks too, they almost look like burns kind of. They're not sore, just sore when the water first hit. And they're only on one side - would stretch marks do this? Don't wanna be dramatic and go to the GP if they're just stretch marks!!!

Definitely stretch marks. They can appear anywhere. The itch and sting as they're stretching which is what would happen in pregnancy. Get some bio oil or cocoa butter and use it frequently
