Maternity clothes, a revelation!

For context I am 5 foot 8 and always been a mid sized 14-16 with a big bum/hips and generally curvy. I have always struggled to get trousers and jumpsuits to fit my frame and pretty much always wear them ankle grazing. because that's where they fall..
I am 22 weeks pregnant and starting to need maternity trousers and leggings, and oh my what a revelation! The legs are all long enough and the waistband sits so comfortably ovwr my belly button. How on earth will I ever wear non maternity clothes again?!

Don’t? I had my son by emcs 19 months ago and I still wore my maternity jeans and leggings even after I was mostly back to my usual size. They are so comfy. My DH asked me once and I just said I liked them. I’m pregnant again now 19 weeks and it’s been easier not faffing with size issues even though I’m bigger now than this point in my first.

Not quite the same but since I had DS I live in leggings. I do own jeans but they only come out for special occasions 😂
