fluctuating symptoms

I'm 4 weeks + 5 with my third pregnancy following a chemical last month. I wouldn't say apart from breast tenderness I've had many other symptoms. Because of my miscarriage last month I'm so scared it's going to happen again to this pregnancy. Some days my boobs are tender and sore and then other days they are not.

Has anybody else experienced this? I have an awful feeling that my levels are starting to drop again and it's going to result in the same as last month! I almost knew last month it was going to happen, tests stated to get lighter, symptoms started and fade and then as expected I started to bleed... anybody else get stronger symptoms some days than others?

My symptoms came and went throughout my first trimester, it is completely normal! I literally only had sore boobs from 4-6 weeks then I had nausea, that also came and went. So sorry to hear about your previous losses, wishing you all the best for this pregnancy x

This is totally normal.

First pregnancy I had no other symptoms until 7+ weeks, second pregnancy it as slightly earlier at 5.5 weeks.

Before that just on and off sore boobs both times
