Awful dreams?

Hi girls. Just wondering if anyone if having dreams like this since being pregnant...

I'm 23 weeks pregnant, I'd say on and off through the pregnancy but especially over the last month or so I've been having some horrible dreams. (POSSIBLE TW) They're about all sorts of different things, whether it's my partner leaving me, me giving birth/losing the baby, our furr babies dying. They're absolutely awful and are happening more and more. I've had a bad dream for the past 3 night straight, all about horrible stuff. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this?

Before pregnancy, I might have had a bad dream now and again but no where near this amount... strange right???

Yup I'm exactly the same at 27 weeks.

They are so real and like I'm not actually asleep and living through them.

The other night I even woke myself up as I sat up trying to grab my son like I was in my dream.

Annoying but I know it's normal and will stop after pregnancy

I had the same thing! Awful graphic miscarriage dreams and dreams about family members/my husband murdering me. I actually woke up crying a few times. I think they stopped before 30 weeks.

I'm so reassured it's not just me! 😂 they're SO vivid and I feel so much relief when I wake up and realise they're not real! I've woken up crying a few times too. Thank goodness they back off eventually! Thank you both x

I hadn't actually connected it to pregnancy but, yes, I'm 22+2 and have been having some awful dreams lately about bad things happening to loved ones.
