Bleeding and cramping 6+3

Hi
Just looking for some reassurance. I am roughly 6/7 weeks pregnant. Had a scan yesterday due to some light bleeding and saw a HB which was reassuring. Today I have had dull cramping sometimes quite painful as well as lower back pain and the pink blood / discharge has returned. I feel so flat and feel this could be the start of a MC. I can't find any reassuring information about this as most people say if there's cramping alongside blood it's usually a bad sign. I will contact my EPU tomorrow to see what they say.

I couldn't not reply but hope you get some good news when I had this they told me to monitor and bright red blood they said is a warning. Thoughts are with you

I think that contacting EPU in the morning is the right call but be prepared for the fact that they may just ask you to monitor it over the next few days given that you had a good scan yesterday. It's a stressful situation to be in and I hope it works out for you.

@Pinklady81 thank you. Did you have bleeding and cramping at a similar stage? What was the outcome if you don't mind me asking? So far it isn't red blood it is pink/dark pink.

I didn't have cramping other discharge and had seen heartbeat, unfortunately it turned out to be a missed miscarriage
