Another chemical?

Due on my period today and have tested positive, but seems quite faint. What are your thoughts? Tested with morning wee.
Similar test at the beginning of the year and resulted in chemical/miscarriage so being realistic.

Another chemical?

When the chemical/miscarriage happened at the beginning of the year. I never saw the gp or anyone. Should I get bloods taken or anything?

That looks like a lovely strong positive, congratulations!

Looks like a great line to me!! Mine was still quite faint even day after missed period. 34 weeks now

Do you think?
I had this in April and started bleeding 4 days later. I thought the line should be darker?

Seems fine to me OP, congratulations Smile

The first picture is my test from the day of my missed period, mine was quite faint too! But the second picture is from yesterday and the third picture is from today (albeit a different type of test). Yours will likely get stronger too over the coming days (usually every 48 hours or so).

Doesn’t look faint at all to me

sel2223 · 23/11/2024 16:51

OP, a chemical is any loss which occurs before 5 weeks, a loss can unfortunately happen whether the line is faint or a dye stealer.
You have yourself a positive test there, congratulations and wishing you a sticky healthy pregnancy

I did another test this morning and the line is fainter. Pretty certain this is going to end in a miscarriage.
Does anyone know if I should contact my gp or anyone?

I don't think there's anything the GP can do. You just need to wait it out. Are you sure it's lighter? It can take a while to darken. I would always take tests at least 48 hours apart.

Thanks for your reply. Definitely looks lighter. I will continue to test in the mornings, but this just seems very much like what happened in April sadly.
