5 weeks pregnant but showing 1-2

Hi,

I’m 5 weeks pregnant today but the clear blue digital is only showing 1-2 weeks.
Should I be worried?
In my previous successfully pregnancy, I was showing 2-3 at this stage.

I wouldn't actually worry about that.

Quite a lot of women never get the 2-3 indicator, and have a successful pregnancy.

I hope things work out for you. I'm pretty sure you'll find everything's okay.

These tests are not to be taken as exact, they're just a guide plus maybe you ovulated a little later than you thought this month.

The date that the clear blue give you is weeks since conception, not weeks pregnant. Found that out after being v v stressed myself.

Mine was similar and my little boy is now 13months

Mine said 1 to 2 weeks when I was 4 weeks +4 having undergone IVF x

Came here to say this. It's week from conception, not how many weeks pregnant. I wouldn't worry at all!

@Gingey91 what happened? I am 5 +2 today and getting 2-3 on a cb digital. I was hoping it would be 3+ by now and getting myself stressed out!

2-3 is 4-5 weeks pregnant, you're stressing over 2 days?
They're not that exact.

@sel2223 I had a cp 3 months ago so extremely anxious this time round. I just want to see progress to give myself some comfort.

Sorry you've been through that, TTC is so hard but it doesn't seem you're getting much comfort?
Personally, in the 4 years of TTC baby #2, I stopped the early testing and line progression thing as I found it really detrimental to my mental health. It doesn't change the outcome but can cause more anxiety.

@sel2223 your probably right tbh. It's just stressing me out but I feel like I have to rest to check it's still there! I've got a 12 and 9 year old and never felt like this with either that I remember but I think the recent cp has got me worried this one will end aswell.

@le1 I had a similar experience with these tests and went absolutely mad, ruined a holiday by insisting we got to a hospital for a scan where obviously they couldn't see anything. Anyway that pregnancy is now nearly three and obsessed with Moana. Good luck <3

@LittleGwyneth oh its awful. I'm just paranoid over every little cramp, pain, niggle it's so stressful. I've booked a scan for next Sunday because I just need to know its there and in the right place. I never thought I'd be like this as I was fine with my other 2 but I think a chemical 12 weeks ago has got me worrying this one won't make it either!

@le1 oh I feel you! I’m trying to remember that the cramps are usually a symptom rather than a warning sign - a growing pregnancy means stretching!

@Tee1503 I'm 13+4 now :) think I got my 3+ at about 5 and a half weeks!
